Production Management System

This production system is designed to balance production capacity, implement production plans and achieve sound economic benefits. Its core contents include fulfilling production tasks, coordinating production links and improving economic efficiency; it covers the scopes of plan formulation, resource scheduling, link coordination, quality management and so on. It is required to comprehensively formulate plans related to production and equipment, and the Production Department shall put forward plans such as equipment renewal in the fourth quarter. Scheduling shall take multiple factors into account to ensure smooth information flow, equipment maintenance and material supply.

Equipment Management System

This equipment management system is centered on the full-life-cycle management of equipment.The addition and renewal of equipment shall be applied for, approved and purchased in accordance with procedures; the equipment can only be put into use after passing the acceptance inspection upon delivery to the factory.The daily operation shall implement the responsibility system of designated personnel for designated machines, with proper maintenance and patrol inspection performed; special equipment shall be managed in accordance with relevant regulations.The maintenance plan shall be proposed by the user department and implemented after approval, which can be divided into forms such as in-house maintenance, off-site maintenance and commissioned maintenance.Test operation shall be carried out after major maintenance, and the general office shall be responsible for the supply of spare parts.

Procurement Management Specification

The Procurement Management Specification consists of three core processes:
1.Procurement shall go through such steps as application submission, verification, approval, inquiry and price comparison, and contract signing.
2.Payment requests shall be made at fixed time intervals, and payment will be effected after multi-departmental approval.
3.For product acceptance, on-site inspection shall be conducted. Qualified products will be signed off and filed for record, while unqualified products will be returned or replaced in accordance with the contract.Clear responsible persons and time limits are specified for each process.

Contract Management System

The Contract Management System came into effect on February 2, 2021, and applies to the external economic contracts of the company and its affiliated units.
The system includes chapters covering contract signing, review and approval, performance, modification and termination, dispute resolution, and management. It clarifies matters such as the signing subject, approval process, performance requirements, and document management, and defines the responsibilities of negotiators and other relevant parties.
The purpose of this system is to standardize contract management, prevent risks, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company. The management of contracts related to labor relations shall be separately stipulated.

Sales Service Management System

The Sales Service Management System came into effect on February 2, 2021. It is formulated to standardize pre-sales and after-sales services and improve service quality. The Business Department is the competent authority for centralized management, with relevant departments providing coordination.
In the pre-sales phase, it is required to introduce products, understand customer needs, and handle requests for samples and factory visits.In the sales phase, it is necessary to feed back production progress, arrange product delivery, record customer contact information, and conduct information communication.In the after-sales phase, the work involves establishing customer files, collecting service feedback, handling complaints and claims, as well as soliciting customer suggestions for service improvement.

Production Operation Procedures and Regulations

The Production Operation Procedures and Regulations came into effect on February 2, 2021. Guided by the principle of "Safety First, Prevention First, and Comprehensive Control", it standardizes operation management.
The inspection scope covers ideological awareness, on-site hidden dangers, system implementation, and hidden danger rectification progress. Four inspection methods are adopted: daily inspection, regular inspection, professional inspection, and unscheduled inspection. It clarifies the inspection responsibilities of each position and management personnel. All identified hidden dangers shall be rectified in a timely manner; for those that cannot be immediately rectified, the requirements of "Three Fixes and One Deadline" (fix the person in charge, fix the rectification measures, fix the rectification fund, and set a rectification deadline) must be implemented. Major hidden dangers shall be reported in writing.
