Founded in 2013,Chiping Dingli Steel Sleeve Co., Ltd. is located in Xinfai Industrial Park, Chiping County, covering a total area of 20,000 square meters with a registered capital of RMB 6 million. We are a specialized manufacturer integrating R&D of mechanical rebar splicing equipment, full-range rebar coupler production, supporting engineering technical services, and complete set supply for overseas infrastructure projects.

With over ten years of dedication to the mechanical rebar splicing industry, we are an appointed professional coupler supplier for nuclear power plants, bridge construction and overseas infrastructure projects. Our factory is capable of standardized production complying with Chinese, European, American and British standards, making us a rare integrated full-industry-chain manufacturer offering "Equipment + Couplers + Technical Services".

We boast strong technical capacity and an independent mechanical performance laboratory, holding ISO 9001 international quality management system certification and UK CARES engineering quality certification. Our annual output includes over 60 sets of various mechanical equipment and more than 1 million rebar couplers. All our mechanical splices have passed type inspection: four core indicators (tensile strength, secant modulus, ultimate stress and residual deformation) fully meet the Grade I & II splice requirements specified in Chinese standard JGJ107-2016, as well as SA & A Grade splice criteria of American ACI 318, British ISO 15835, German DIN1045 and other international standards.

Our products are applicable to mechanical splicing of HRB400, HRB500 and HRB600 rebars ranging from Φ12mm to Φ50mm, used in foundation, beam, column, slab, wall and other reinforced concrete structures of civil buildings, industrial facilities, tunnels, bridges, nuclear power plants, water conservancy projects, metro lines and various construction works.

The factory is divided into six functional zones: raw material warehouse, full-automatic CNC processing workshop, mechanical testing laboratory, finished goods warehouse, export packaging zone and R&D pilot workshop, equipped with automatic manipulators, matching hoisting equipment, constant-temperature storage and anti-rust assembly lines. After the factory expansion of 10,000completed in 2026, our total plant area reaches 20,000. We own over 100 production machinesthe daily output of standard straight-thread rebar couplers exceeds 100,000 pieces, and our overall annual coupler production capacity is estimated to hit 30 million pieces in 2026.Recognized by the industry for integrity, strength and product quality, our products are sold domestically and exported to more than 10 countries and regions worldwide, including Saudi Arabia, Russia, Vietnam, India, Dubai, Brazil and South Korea.

Equal-strength Rolled Parallel Thread Connection Technology

This technology adopts high-precision rolling processing to form standard parallel threads on rebar ends. The connection strength is equal to or higher than that of the parent steel bar, with stable performance, easy operation, and high construction efficiency. It is widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, and industrial engineering.

Quick-Connect Threading Coupler

Two rebars can be fully jointed within 15 seconds, eliminating the traditional thread turning procedure for rebars. This technology drastically cuts costs of on-site processing equipment, labor and cutting tools, shortens the construction cycle of rebar splicing works by 30%, and reduces safety hazards of mechanical operation on construction sites. Widely applied in metro, water conservancy, prefabricated rapid overseas housing and port infrastructure projects, these couplers are exported in bulk to Vietnam, Thailand, Brazil, the Philippines and other countries.

High-precision Fully Automatic Processing Technology
