CHIPING DINGLI STEEL SLEEVE CO., LTD was founded in 2013 and is located in XINFA INDUSTRY AREA,CHIPING, covering a total area of 10000 square meters.With a registered capital of 6 million yuan, it is a professional company engaged in the development, production and sales of mechanical connection products such as steel bar connection sleeves.
The company boasts strong technical capabilities and is equipped with a mechanics laboratory. It has obtained ISO 9001 international quality management system certification , with more than annual output of over 60 sets of various mechanical equipment and more than 1 million sleeves of all types.All mechanical joints of the company have undergone type tests, and their four indicators—tensile strength, secant modulus, ultimate stress, and residual deformation—meet the requirements for Class I and Class II joints specified in the Standards of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China (JGJ107-2016).
They also comply with the requirements for SA Grade and A Grade joints in foreign standards, including the American standard (ACI 318), British standard (ISO 15835), and German standard (DIN 1045). These joints are suitable for the mechanical connection of HRB400, HRB500, and HRB600 steel bars with diameters of Ф12-50mm in reinforced concrete structures such as foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and walls in a wide range of applications: civil construction, industrial projects, tunnels, bridges, nuclear power plants, water conservancy projects, subways, and various other buildings.

Current Corporate Status
At present, Chiping Dingli is operating in good condition with sufficient raw material inventory. Affected by the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Russian market is currently facing certain impacts. However, the company's product exports to countries such as Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, South Korea, Dubai, the Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico, Brazil, Thailand and Kyrgyzstan remain stable.

This technology adopts high-precision rolling processing to form standard parallel threads on rebar ends. The connection strength is equal to or higher than that of the parent steel bar, with stable performance, easy operation, and high construction efficiency. Quick-Connect Threading Coupler
The quick-connect sleeve developed by Chiping Dingli in 2022 is the first of its kind in China. It can complete the butt connection of two steel bars within 15 seconds, eliminating the previous process of threading steel bars, which greatly saves the construction time of the project and improves the construction efficiency.
High-precision Fully Automatic Processing Technology
Adopting CNC machining and fully automatic production lines, this technology realizes high-efficiency, high-precision and high-consistency processing of couplers. It effectively controls dimensional tolerance, improves product stability, and guarantees batch quality stability.
